Zabi Ltd. manufactures polyurethane rollers, which are used in machines, special use devices, slidable gates, profile rollers and pallet trolleys. Polyurethane rollers are resistant to abrasion as well as water and weather. They damp vibration completely and are resistant to petrol, sulphurous acid, fats and organic solvents. They are not affected by visible radiation (nor by UV), which makes them more durable. They are capable of working in a temperature range between -30° C and 80° C, which results in them being considerably better rollers than thoase of rubber. Polyurethane rollers are 92 Shore A. Optionally we can customize the roller hardness to between 55 and 92 Shore A. As the hardness of polyurethane decreases, the permissible load capacity of a roller decreases with it.
